On Thursday 30th November, 9 of our Class 2 children took part in the KS1 Dodgeball PE cluster event at Read School, Drax.
Miss McNichol and Mrs Potts were very impressed with how our children represented Burton Salmon and for coming in at 5th place, despite not having had a lot of dodgeball practice.
Below is a message from Andy, who runs and timetables all the PE events for our cluster:

Thank you for attending today. I really thought the children enjoyed it.
The winners today were Tockwith so well done to them!
Barlow - 2nd
Barkston Ash - 3rd
St Joseph's - 4th
Burton Salmon - 5th
Chapel Haddlesey - 6th
Today was about the children having a go and enjoying themselves in a sporting environment; which I felt they did.
