Coronation baking

As part of Mrs Smith's weekly visit to Burton Salmon, she kicked off our Coronation celebrations by baking with the children in Class 1 and in our Healthy Schools after-school curriculum club.

They opted for a royal crown-themed shortbread biscuit, with additional red, white and blue fondant icing and the vital sprinkles. Don't they look great and they tasted delicious!
