The children have been busy in Mrs Newton's after-school Gardening Club.
Last week they spent time preparing planters in readiness for yesterday's planting session.
They had to transport the compost, which the children decided was very heavy! They dug holes and planted the Busy Lizzies, Sweet Williams and Petunias and gave them a good watering. We are all looking forward to seeing how the plants grow and what colour flowers might appear. Watch this space...
