For World Book Day this year, we asked the children to bring along their favourite book. If any children (and staff) wanted to dress up as a character from their favourite book, they could – wearing school uniform was fine too, or they could bring along something that would give us a clue as to their favourite book.
We had characters including: Matilda, Harry Potter, Mr Happy, Little Red Riding Hood, Snow White, Mary Poppins and lots more! Don't the children look fab!
We also gave a £1.00 book token to each child on the day.
