Class 1 was a hive of activity preparing for the last open classroom event of the year.
We celebrated our reception children moving into Year 1 and our nursery children moving into reception. We also have some children who will continue their learning in nursery. To celebrate these milestones, we invited all the Class 1 parents and carers to our celebration last Thursday.
Class 1 children arrived at school dressed (and looking fabulous) in their party clothes; they received their graduation certificates in a very official graduation ceremony and performed a fantastic signed rendition of 'This Is Me'.
It was lovely being able to have everyone together and the ice-lollies went down a treat too!
