Last Wednesday, we were lucky enough to take 32 children from the federation, to this year’s annual Young Voices concert at Sheffield Utilita Arena. It was a very long day, but what a fantastic event! Here’s what Mr Bringloe had to say:
‘After weeks of hard work and dedication, the Young Voices Choir have finally performed at Sheffield Arena.
Out of all the thousands of other young people there, our children absolutely shone the brightest! All the adults, who supported on the day, have commented how exemplary their behaviour was, how they followed instructions, stayed safe, and especially how they helped and encouraged each other. We are all so proud of them! It was so incredible, as their music teacher, to hear all of them sing so beautifully in time and to see them so happy and engaged. The talent and commitment they have demonstrated has completely blown me away, as well as how thoughtful and kind they all are. They certainly did themselves proud.
I would like to thank all the staff and parents for all their support with rehearsals and for attending the concert. How fantastic it is to see the children back in school talking about all the incredible acts they watched and performed with - Heather Small was sensational!
