Harvest Festival
The children celebrated Harvest Festival in school before half-term and we decided to support the Selby and District Foodbank with donations of much needed food, which you all so generously provided. Thank you.
Mr Bringloe led a lovely, whole school celebration with traditional Harvest songs such as: Cauliflowers Fluffy and the Harvest Samba. Class 1 children proudly showed off their fantastic vegetable print paintings, made with leeks, carrots and giant mushrooms. Class 2 read a Harvest poem beautifully and showed some of their autumn leaves artwork.
