Before half term, we welcomed a special visitor, John, who works as an Historian all over the country.
John delivered to the children an Egyptian workshop day to enrich their knowledge of their historical topic. They enjoyed taking part in: the mummification process; learning the job roles of Ancient Egypt times; dressing up like an Egyptian and finding out about Egyptian games and war tactics/armour that were used in battle.
The children loved the day and we were delighted to be able to run workshops again!
