Our PTA were really pleased to have been selected to benefit from the Co-op Local Community Fund.
The funding round opened on 27 October 2019 and closed on 24 October 2020. During this funding phase, Co-op Members were able to choose our school as their local cause. Every time a member buys selected own-brand products and services, 1% of the money they spend goes to local causes in their community.
We were over the moon to have received £1062 in the first payment round from the Co-op Community Fund - thank you to everyone who chose our school!
We also received a second payment of £1323 in mid-November 2020. This is fantastic news! Thank you for choosing Burton Salmon.
The funding was used to improve our facilities and resources in our Early Years provision to introduce nursery provision in our community for 3 and 4 year old children.
