Family Fund supports families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people with grants for essential items, giving individual families choice and control over what will benefit them the most. We provide grants for items such as computers and tablets, sensory toys, family breaks, outdoor play equipment, furniture and kitchen appliances. These help make families lives easier, improve their quality of life and remove some of the daily barriers they face.
In addition to our financial grant support, we also offer vital information and signpost to other services available to families locally, regionally and nationally.
