We have had a glimpse of spring recently, particularly in Class 2, when they took delivery of some very special cargo last Monday.
Message from Miss McNichol:
‘Spring has sprung in Class 2! On Monday last week, we warmly welcomed 10 chick eggs from Living Eggs. By Tuesday, we saw cracks in some of the eggs and 24 hours later, we welcomed: Alberto, Jack, Harry, Elly, Chickmen, Izzy, Rihanna and Starshine (named by the children). We have thoroughly enjoyed watching them grow – they have been a ‘cracking’ addition to our class!’
‘The chicks are getting bigger and Alberto was the first to hatch’ said Archie and Lincoln said: ‘I love the chicks because they are cute and fluffy – especially Izzy’.
