Wear it Pink Day

As most of you are aware, we like to hold a non-uniform day on the last Friday of each half-term, with any donations received going to a worthy charity. Our School Council members decided that we would wear pink today (Friday 22nd October) for our chosen charity of Breast Cancer research UK!

Everyone (including staff) came into school on our non-uniform day proudly wearing an item of pink clothing or a pink accessory.  This was all in exchange for a minimum donation of £1.00 which we collected and will let you know the grand total after the half-term break. Thank you to you all for being so generous for a very worthwhile cause!

UPDATE:

We would like to say a huge ‘thank you’ for your generous donations which have raised a grand total of £126.00! This is clearly a charity close to people’s hearts, and thank you once again. Please look out for our next non-uniform days for Children in Need and Christmas Jumper Day in December.
